Terms of Use — Explain Any Image

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Explain Any Image - Screenshot application ("App") operated by Try2.app ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Review Guidelines.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This App is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is available at: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Submit images that contain illegal content, nudity, or material that infringes third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Use the App to generate harmful, misleading, or defamatory content
Automate requests to the App in a way that circumvents usage limits
Use the App for any commercial resale or redistribution of AI-generated output without our written consent

4. AI-Generated Content

The explanations, summaries, and answers provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
No refunds are provided for the current subscription period upon cancellation.
Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the App are owned by Try2.app or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRY2.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
