Cube Pop is built by a small team. We read every email and usually reply within 24 hours. This page answers the most common questions — please skim it first.

How do I play?
Tap Play on the home screen, choose a level, then drag one of the three shapes at the bottom onto the 8×8 grid. Fill a complete row or column to clear those cubes and earn points. Clear several rows or columns in the same move to trigger a Combo for bonus score. Each level has a target objective shown at the top.
What objectives do levels have?
Levels ask you to do one of these: clear a specific number of cubes, clear a specific number of rows or columns, reach a target score, or make a Combo of a certain size. The target is shown at the top of the screen during play.
How do I get more stars on a level?
Each level awards 1 to 3 stars based on how far you exceed the target. Hit exactly the target for 1 star, reach 1.5× target for 2 stars, reach 2× target for 3 stars.
Gameplay & rules
What's a Combo?
When a single placement clears two or more rows or columns at the same time, that's a Combo. Combos multiply your score and trigger a big celebration on screen.
What does the Refresh Tray button do?
If none of the three shapes on the tray can fit anywhere on the grid, you can tap the refresh button (top right) to swap them out for three new shapes. Free players get 1 refresh per game; Premium players get 3.
I ran out of moves. Is there a way to keep playing?
Yes — Premium players get one Revive per game. The Revive clears two random rows and two random columns to make room for more pieces, and gives you a fresh tray. Free players can subscribe to access the Revive feature, or tap End Game to finish.
Is there an endless mode?
Right now Cube Pop is level-based — each level has a specific objective. We're considering an endless score-attack mode in a future update.
Purchases & restore
I bought Premium but it's not showing up.
Open Cube Pop → Settings → tap Restore Purchases, or go through the paywall and tap Restore there. This re-syncs purchases from your Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn't show up after a minute, email us with your Apple order number.
I have a new iPhone. How do I get my Premium back?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Open Cube Pop → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription or Lifetime unlock will reactivate.
Why is the price different in my country?
Apple uses regional price tiers and shows you the equivalent of the USD price in your local currency. The price shown in the App at the time of purchase is the binding price.
Refunds
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests have to be submitted to Apple directly: reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have the ability to issue App Store refunds.
My free trial charged me even though I cancelled.
Cancellation must happen at least 24 hours before the trial ends, per Apple's policy. If you cancelled within that window and were charged anyway, please request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com — Apple usually approves these.
Troubleshooting
A shape won't drop where I drag it.
The placement is only valid where all of the shape's cubes fit into empty cells. Watch the preview ghost — green-tinted means the shape will land there; red-tinted means it overlaps something or runs off the grid.
The App crashed.
Force-quit and reopen. If it keeps crashing, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version. Your progress is saved automatically before any crash.
The Restore Purchases button doesn't do anything.
You must be signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID that originally made the purchase. Check iOS Settings → Apple ID. If you're sure you're signed in correctly, restart the App and try again. If the issue persists, email us with the Apple ID country and your order number.
Sounds aren't playing.
Make sure the silent switch on your iPhone is off, and check Cube Pop → Settings → Sounds is enabled. iOS also respects the system volume.
Haptics aren't firing.
Check Cube Pop → Settings → Haptics is enabled. Also check iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics → System Haptics is on. Note: haptics are only available on iPhone — iPad does not support the Taptic Engine.
Privacy
What data does Cube Pop collect?
Almost none. Cube Pop is offline-first. Your progression and settings stay on your device. The only data that leaves your device is the encrypted Apple receipt for in-app purchases, which is sent to RevenueCat for subscription verification. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't run ads. We don't use analytics SDKs. We don't sell, share, or rent any data. Our only revenue is from Premium subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase.
