The fastest way to reach us is by email. When writing in, please include your iOS device model, your iOS version, and a brief description of the issue (with a screenshot if you have one). If your question is about credits or a purchase, please paste your anonymous user ID — you can copy it from the App's Settings → Support email.

How do I create my first dance video?
Open the App, tap any dance template on the Create tab, upload a clear full-body photo of yourself, and tap "Make Me Dance". Your video will be ready in about 5 minutes.
What kind of photo works best?
Use a clear, well-lit photo with your full body visible from head to feet. Solo photos with minimal background clutter produce the best results. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, motion blur, or photos where only your face is visible.
How long does generation take?
About 5 minutes on average. You can close the App and we'll send you a push notification when your dance is ready (if you've granted notification permission). The History tab shows all your in-progress and completed videos.
Why doesn't my video look perfect?
AI dance generation is cutting-edge technology and results vary depending on your photo quality, the chosen dance, and lighting. We're continuously improving the model. If you're not happy with a result, try a different photo or a different dance template.
Can I generate multiple dances at the same time?
Yes — you can submit a new dance while another is still generating. Both will appear in your History tab and you'll be notified separately when each one is ready.
Credits and subscriptions
How do credits work?
Each dance video costs 10 credits to generate. You can earn credits in two ways:
- Pro subscription — Weekly Pro gives you 20 weekly credits (2 videos), Yearly Pro gives you 40 weekly credits (4 videos). Weekly credits are refreshed every Monday.
- Credit packs — Buy one-time credits that never expire. The 1-video pack gives you 10 credits and the 2-video pack gives you 20 credits.
When you generate a video, the App spends your weekly Pro credits first (if any), then falls back to your one-time credits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → AI Dance Generator → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. (We can't cancel subscriptions for you — Apple manages this directly.)
How do I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have the ability to issue refunds ourselves. If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the App automatically refunds the credit so you don't lose anything.
My credits didn't refresh on Monday. What do I do?
Try opening the App and going to the Settings tab — this triggers a fresh sync. If the issue persists, email us with your anonymous user ID (visible in the App's Settings → Support → email body).
I purchased credits but they're not showing up.
Open the App's Settings tab and tap "Restore Purchases". This re-syncs your purchases from Apple. If credits still don't appear after a minute, email us with your purchase confirmation from Apple.
Can I upgrade from Weekly Pro to Yearly Pro?
Yes — you can switch plans at any time from iOS Settings → Subscriptions → AI Dance Generator. Apple handles the proration automatically.
Privacy and data
What happens to my photo after I upload it?
Your photo is sent to our AI provider (FAL.ai) over an encrypted connection so it can be used to generate the video. We do not store your photo on our own servers, and your photo is never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I delete all my data?
Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We'll delete all data associated with your installation within 7 business days. Note: uninstalling the App alone does not delete server-side data — you need to email us if you want everything wiped.
How do I disable notifications?
iOS Settings → Notifications → AI Dance Generator → Allow Notifications: Off. Your in-progress generations will still complete; you just won't be notified when they're done.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. We don't run ads in the App. Our only revenue is from subscriptions and credit packs.
Troubleshooting
My generation has been stuck for more than 15 minutes.
Sometimes our AI provider experiences high load. If your generation has been pending for more than 15 minutes, the App will automatically mark it as failed and refund your credit. You can then try again. If the issue keeps happening, email us so we can investigate.
The App crashed when I tried to generate a video.
Please email us with the dance template you selected, your iOS version, your iPhone model, and a description of what you were doing when the crash occurred. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
The reference video on the template card isn't loading.
The reference videos are streamed from our servers. Make sure you have an active internet connection and try restarting the App. If you're on cellular, check that the App has Mobile Data permission in iOS Settings.
The dance video is taking forever to download to my Photos app.
Generated videos are HD quality and may take a few seconds to download depending on your internet speed. If it's taking more than a minute, try again with a stronger Wi-Fi connection.
I see an "Invalid frame dimension" or other developer warning.
These are harmless console warnings that don't affect functionality. You can ignore them. If you're seeing actual visual glitches, please screenshot and email us.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using AI Dance Generator to create harmful content — deepfakes of real people without consent, harassment, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, or any other illegal use — please report it to us immediately.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Abuse Report" and as much detail as you can share. We take every report seriously and will investigate within 48 hours.
For sexual content involving minors (CSAM), we are required by law to report to the appropriate authorities and we cooperate fully with law enforcement.
