By downloading, installing, or using the Football Player Filter AI: FPF application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are between you and TRY2APP LTD — not with Apple.
Football Player Filter AI: FPF allows users to upload personal photographs and generate AI-transformed images depicting the user in a professional football player style, with various team kits, stadiums, and visual styles. The App uses a credit system to access transformations.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. Users aged 13–18 must have parental or guardian consent.
The App uses anonymous sign-in — no registration required. An anonymous user ID is automatically created on first launch. If you uninstall the App or switch devices, your account may not be recoverable unless you restore your purchases through Apple. We are not responsible for data loss due to uninstallation or device changes.
Each transformation uses 1 credit. Credit packs available:

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. TRY2APP LTD does not issue refunds independently.
Credits do not expire. Credits consumed in generation attempts are non-refundable regardless of output quality, except in cases of technical failure where credits are automatically refunded. Credits do not roll over from subscription periods but remain in your balance.
Your Photos: You retain ownership of your original photos. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your requested image.
Generated Images: Generated images are provided to you for personal use. TRY2APP LTD does not claim ownership of output images created from your photos.
App Content: All App design, code, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to TRY2APP LTD and protected by intellectual property laws.
Club Trademarks: Football club names, kits, and stadium references are used for descriptive AI-style purposes only. TRY2APP LTD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club or governing body.
No Guarantee of Results: AI-generated images vary depending on the uploaded photo. Results may not always match expectations. Credits used are non-refundable based on output quality.
Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for data or credit loss due to service interruptions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRY2APP LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are between you and TRY2APP LTD only. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide support, and has no warranty obligation beyond applicable refund rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your credits and subscription benefits will be forfeited without refund.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation, then through competent courts of jurisdiction.
