Welcome to Football Player Filter AI: FPF ("App", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by TRY2APP LTD. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application available on the Apple App Store.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Photos: When you use the App, you voluntarily upload a photo from your device's photo library. This photo is transmitted to our AI image generation service to create a transformed football-style image. We do not permanently store your original photo on our servers.
Anonymous User ID: We use Firebase Authentication to assign you an anonymous user ID when you first open the App. You do not need to create an account, provide a name, or enter an email address.
Device Identifier: We collect your device's Vendor Identifier (IDFV), a non-personal identifier provided by Apple, used for fraud prevention and purchase verification.
Usage Data: We store the following data in our database, associated with your anonymous ID:
Purchase Data: Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and verify purchases. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

The App requests access to your photo library solely to allow you to select a photo to upload. We use Apple's PHPickerViewController, which grants access only to the specific photo you choose — we never scan or access your full library.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore) infrastructure. Your original photos are not permanently stored by TRY2APP LTD — they are transmitted to FAL solely for processing and are subject to FAL's own data retention policy.
Account data (credits, history, subscription status) is retained as long as your anonymous account is active. If you uninstall the App, your account data remains in our database and can be deleted upon request.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Firestore security rules ensure each user can only access their own data. Anonymous authentication means no sensitive personal identifiers are stored.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the App, contact us at admin@try2.app and we will delete the data promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@try2.app with your User ID (found in the Settings tab of the App). We will respond within 30 days.
California (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know, delete, and opt out.
European (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interests. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own (including the United States) where our service providers operate. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
