The fastest way to reach us is by email. When writing in, please include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and a brief description of the issue (with a screenshot if you have one). If your question is about credits or a purchase, paste your anonymous user ID — you can copy it from the App's Settings screen.

How do I create my first sticker pack?
Open the App, tap to upload a clear photo, then tap Generate. Your sticker pack will be ready in about 1–2 minutes.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit, portrait-oriented photo where the subject is fully in frame produces the best results. Avoid heavy filters, motion blur, dark scenes, and tiny subjects. Solo portraits with minimal background clutter tend to produce the most cinematic results.
How long does generation take?
About 1–2 minutes on average. The History tab shows all your completed sticker packs.
Can I generate multiple sticker packs in parallel?
Yes — you can submit a new generation while another is still generating. Both will appear in your History tab when ready.
Why don.t the stickers match exactly what I imagined?
AI Face Sticker Maker uses a generative AI model — it is creative, not deterministic. The same photo can produce different stickers on different runs. Try again, or try a cleaner photo, to see a different take on the scene.
Credits and subscriptions
How do credits work?
Each generation costs 10 credits. You can buy credits as one-time purchases, or subscribe to Premium for unlimited generations. Credits and subscriptions are both managed through Apple. Each generation produces 9 transparent face stickers in a 3×3 sticker pack.
What does Premium include?
- Weekly Premium — unlimited sticker generation for 1 week. Auto-renews weekly until cancelled.
- Yearly Premium — unlimited sticker generation for 1 year. Auto-renews yearly. Best long-term value.
The current price of each plan is shown at the time of purchase in your local currency.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → AI Face Sticker Maker → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We can't cancel subscriptions for you — Apple manages this directly.
How do I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have the ability to issue refunds ourselves. If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the App automatically refunds the credit so you don't lose anything.
I bought something but it isn't showing up in the App.
Open the App, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your purchases from Apple. If your purchase still doesn't appear after a minute, email us with your purchase confirmation from Apple.
Can I switch from Weekly to Yearly (or vice versa)?
Yes — you can switch plans at any time from iOS Settings → Subscriptions → AI Face Sticker Maker. Apple handles the proration automatically.
Privacy and data
What happens to my photo after I upload it?
Your photo is sent to our AI provider (fal.ai) over an encrypted connection so it can be used to generate the stickers. We do not store your photo on our own servers, and your photo is never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I delete all my data?
Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the anonymous User ID shown in the App's Settings screen. We'll delete all data associated with your installation within 7 business days. Note: uninstalling the App alone does not delete server-side data — you need to email us if you want everything wiped.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. We don't run ads in the App. Our only revenue is from credit packs and Premium subscriptions.
Troubleshooting
My generation has been stuck for more than a few minutes.
Sometimes our AI provider experiences high load. If a generation does not complete within a reasonable time, the App will mark it as failed and refund your credit. You can then try again. If the issue keeps happening, email us so we can investigate.
The App crashed when I tried to generate stickers.
Please email us with your iOS version, your iPhone model, and a description of what you were doing when the crash occurred. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
"Could not load" or similar error during generation.
Make sure you have an active internet connection and try restarting the App. If you're on cellular, check that the App has Mobile Data permission in iOS Settings.
My stickers won.t load after they.re generated.
Try closing and reopening the App, or tap your sticker pack in the History tab. Generated stickers may take a few seconds to download on slower connections.
My saved sticker doesn't appear in Photos.
When you tap Save, iOS will ask for permission to add to your Photo Library the first time. Make sure you approved that permission (iOS Settings → AI Face Sticker Maker → Photos). Then try saving again from the History tab.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using AI Face Sticker Maker to create harmful content — uploading photos of people without consent, generating harassment, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, deepfakes intended to mislead, or any other illegal use — please report it to us immediately.
Email [email protected] with the subject "Abuse Report" and as much detail as you can share. We take every report seriously and will investigate within 48 hours.
For sexual content involving minors (CSAM), we are required by law to report to the appropriate authorities and we cooperate fully with law enforcement.
